We provide both domestic and international shipping options. All costs are calculated based on the fragility and weight of the ceramic and glassware to ensure they are insured during transit.

2. Processing and Fulfillment

Every plate, bowl, and mug is inspected for quality before leaving our warehouse. Our handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday). During peak holiday seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer, but we always strive to meet our deadlines.

5. Delivery Issues & Troubleshooting

5.1 Missing Items or Incomplete Orders

While we aim for perfection, mistakes can happen. If you open your box and find a bowl or mug is missing, please check your packing slip first. Sometimes, larger orders of plates are split into multiple boxes for safety. If the item is truly missing, contact us at support@theguylook.shop immediately so we can rectify the error.

5.2 Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us before the 5:00 PM (GMT/BST) cut-off time. If the order has already been processed or shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for the reshipping costs. 5.3 Items Damaged in Transit

If your items arrive broken, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. We offer full protection for items damaged during shipping, provided you contact us with photo evidence within 48 hours.

6. Shipping Restrictions
