To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original protective packaging. Since our products (mugs, plates, and bowls) are used for food consumption, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used for sanitary reasons. To start a return, you must contact us at support@theguylook.shop. Please include your order number and clear photos if the item is damaged. Once approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label via email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Ceramic bowls and plates are fragile. If your order arrives broken or cracked, please do not worry. Simply email support@theguylook.shop within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item. If you decide the design of the mug or the size of the plate doesn't fit your kitchen decor, you have 30 days to request a return under our Return & Refund Policy. We provide the return shipping label for free, ensuring you have no risk when shopping with us.
